How do you define what Cyberwar is when it covers such a large area of things that mean so many different things to different people. To me, cyberwar isn’t something you can define as what we consider traditional war, where we see a line on a map that has defined sides, 1 vs the other, or allies vs enemies. There are no lines, good guys or bad guys, which are now blurred on the map of the world, because the internet gives people global access to every other interconnected network.
