DARPA looking for a few good image researchers
The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is looking for motivated researchers to develop ways of identifying people, places, things and activities from image data.
It wants them to prove themselves in a high-pressure, goal-oriented program this fall operated in conjunction with George Mason University.
The agency said on July 9 that it is looking for teams wanted for eight weeks of radical innovation in visual and geospatial data analysis in an intensive eight-week-long “Innovation Study House.”
