Data Analyst, Coding Operations, HCA Physician Services – Brentw
Details: Job: Finance Acctg Billing Claims & Revenue Manage, oversee and guide projects, initiatives and day-to-day data responsibilities of the Coding Operations Team. Serve as a subject matter expert for the business functions and technical resources administered and utilized by the Coding Operations team. Serve on department and multiple-departmental project groups and provide project plan development and management as needed. Conduct training and education for functions and resources as requested. DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Conducts complex data operational analysis and interpretation of data in a variety of settings using multiple tools.Assist in CPT data distribution to ensure availability and access by all practice leaders.Designs and implements business reports, databases, refined processes and new directives.Assists in the direction of the operations team in carrying out assigned projects and tasks while serving as a knowledge and technical resource to other team members.Makes recommendations to improve existing practices and systems.Possesses strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, planning and decision making skills.Able to manage and coordinate multiple activities and shifting priorities within tight timeframes.Demonstrates a commitment to directing ongoing reporting needs, both standard and ad hoc, and possesses the flexibility to react to unexpected demands and special assignments.Able to understand and provide data support for the multiple specialty settings supported by Coding Operations.Translates concepts into practiceStrong project management skills.Maintain information guides, materials, and Coding Operations internal website information.Other duties are assigned
