10 years of I.T. Infrastructure administration experience with SaaS experience a PLUS!
6 years directing a ‘large’ I.T. Service Desk organization.
STRONG Knowledge of:
Microsoft Office 365
MS Active Directory’
MS Windows Server & Desktop OS
VMare (ESXI) / Virtualization)
Enterprise Anti-virus & Data Backup management
SAN, MS Exchange, MS Windows, MS SQL, MS Sharepoint, MS System Center & Components.
Project Management skills to execute manage strategic I.T. Infrastructure project plans.
STRONG Knowledge of Infrastructure Technology and understanding a broad technology exposure to engineering solutions to be able to integrate I.T. INFRASTRUCTURE & BUSINESS OPERATIONS!
Strong people skills that can listen to others and their ideas and actually use them.
