The Department of Justice indicted five men allegedly involved in the shooting death of Border Patrol agent Brian Terry and offered a $1 million reward for information leading to the arrest of suspects still on the run.

The indictment, unsealed in Tucson, AZ was announced by Department of Justice officials on July 9.
