Completion of 60 semester credits to include 15 semester credits in Computer Science, Cartography, Geography or related field. Additional related experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

** Ability to maintain and develop layers, map services, and models within a suitable timeframe.
** Spatial Analysis and data processing using Model Builder
** Ability to work closely with senior staff/project leads in the support and development of cartography maps, data manipulation, reports, training and overall end user support
** Work with County departments, Municipalities, outside Agencies, and citizens in the fulfilment of ad-hoc requests.
** Application migration in support of new vendor releases, database and system upgrades.
** Support of ArcGIS online web maps, webservices, and batch processes.
** Display excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to present to internal and external audiences; ability to interact professionally with a diverse group
