Minimum Qualifications
Completion of 60 semester credits to include 15 semester credits in Computer Science, Cartography, Geography or related field. Additional related experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

This is an entry level programming position with the Enterprise Solutions Division, specifically in support of Geographic Information Systems Application Development and Maintenance. Primary functions include analysis and development of: cartography maps, data manipulation, spatial analysis, reports. Maintenance and production support of GIS webservices, layers, and existing batch processes and applications. Knowledge of Esri Tools and programming languages such as: JavaScript, Python, HTML, and Model Builder preferred.

** Ability to maintain and develop layers, map services, and models within a suitable timeframe.
** Spatial Analysis and data processing using Model Builder
** Ability to work closely with senior staff/project leads in the support and development of cartography maps, data manipulation, reports, training and overall end user support
** Work with County departments, Municipalities, outside Agencies, and citizens in the fulfilment of ad-hoc requests.
** Application migration in support of new vendor releases, database and system upgrades.
** Support of ArcGIS online web maps, webservices, and batch processes.
** Display excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to present to internal and external audiences; ability to interact professionally with a diverse group
