Manage day-to-day IT operations, including work assignments, deliverables, objectives and goals.
Ensure technical infrastructure and network access is functioning at all times.
Monitor and maintain the computer systems, hardware, software and networks.
Manage delivery and SLAs by guiding incident resolution, problem management, maintenance, and enhancement tickets raised by the end users.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
10+ years of experience in IT Operations.
Strong command line and scripting experience (e.g. shell, PowerShell, etc.).
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows system setup, configuration and tuning and automated update procedures.
Provide ongoing troubleshooting, support and maintenance of applications, including 24/7 on call coverage, as required.
Ability to work independently, plan, organize, prioritize and meet deadlines.
Ability to strategize, plan and implement changes as required.
Excellent project management and leadership skills with incredible customer service skills.
In-depth knowledge in informational technology disciplines like network operations, databases, software applications, production operations, quality assurance and systems management.
