Details: Network Administrator PHI, Inc., the world leader in helicopter aviation, currently has an opening for a Network Administrator. The position is in Lafayette, LA reporting to the System Administrative Manager. The Network Administrator will be responsible for administration, configuration, and operation of PHI’s corporate data and phone networking systems and providing backup support to Windows Server System Administrator. Dutys/Responsibilies ” Support day-to-day network operations, focusing on uptime, availability, and support. ” Handle all support issues in a professional manner quickly and completely. ” Maintain documentation for network structure, issues and support. ” Preventative maintenance for all network systems and services. ” Installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows Servers ” Provide tier 2 user support ” Participate in on-call 24X7 support rotation. ” Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Ideal candidate will possess the following: ” Bachelor Degree in computer science or related field ” CCNP/CCVP ” 2 years Cisco Call Manger administration ” 3 years enterprise Cisco router/switch/wireless/ASA setup and configuration experience ” 2 years Windows Server 2003/2008 Administration experience ” 2 years Active Directory, VMware, and Exchange experience ” 1 year experience managing video conferencing technologies Other Skills: ” Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ” Excellent team player. ” Must be able to work with minimal supervision ” Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex network issues ” Excellent organization and attention to detail required If you are interested and meet our requirements, please send your resume to: PHI, Inc.
