Pennington, NJ-based Ocean Power Technologies, Inc. has entered into a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (“CRADA”) with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (“DHS”) Science & Technology Directorate (“S&T”) to perform a new round of in-ocean tests on its autonomous PowerBuoy application for ocean surveillance.
