Details: Job Classification: ContractClient: World BankLocation: Washington, D.C.Duration: 10-month contract with possible extensionPosition: PeopleSoft Security Specialist-Technical and FunctionalProject Details:IntroductionWorld Bank Group is in the process of re-implementing Oracle’s PeopleSoft HCM v9.1 solution with a proposed go-live date of July 2013, from a heavily customized PeopleSoft 8.0 basis. In this phase, the Bank Group aims to fully leverage functionality and features in Core PeopleSoft 9.1 and PeopleTools 8.52 keeping the new system as vanilla as possible. ObjectiveThe objective of this request is to secure the services of a strong PeopleSoft HCM v9.1 Security consultant. The Bank has heavily customized security and is keen to leverage any new features v9.1 may deliver. They would also like to leverage any lessons learned and look at different ways of configuring security, such that the Bank can leverage the software out-of-the-box and not have to re-apply the many customizations that exist in the current version of the software.ScopeAs part of the re-implementation of PeopleSoft 9.1 on PeopleTools 8.52, one of the key tasks is to work closely with the World Bank Group (WBG) security administration team and review the current security configuration at WBG to design and build a new configuration leveraging best-practice and out-of-the-box functionality and/or configuring the product differently by utilizing new features of the software. The security consultant will? Complete the design and implementation of the Security Configuration1. Assess security requirements and provide recommendations for the project.2. Define new roles and permission lists.3. Oversight of development of dynamic role based queries (for active / non-active etc ).4. Integration with third party products.5. Understanding between internal facing / external facing applications and how to expose this in a secure manner.6. Ensure that appropriate roles, permission lists and row level security exists for all functional areas within each environment.7. Work with project work streams to design, implement and maintain security structures for delivered and customized PeopleSoft applications.? Troubleshoot security issues during all testing phases? Work with the Global Delivery team to ensure accurate implementation of customizations required to meet the Bank’s security requirements for access and audit controls.? Support the implementation through go-liveIn addition, to this, the consultant will also provide expertise on? PeopleSoft 9.1 HCM Security Features? Understanding of Security PeopleTools tables, App Messaging, Query Manager, App Designer? Understanding of PeopleSoft Data Security, including Dept Tree, SJT Tables etc.? Understanding of Security Foundations – separation of duties, audit risks & risk mitigation strategies, PII, etc? Understanding of PeopleSoft Object Security, Query Security.? Understanding of Security Search Views functionality.? Understanding of Change ControlRequirements? 7+ years of systems analysis, design, and software support, and application security in a combination of: ? 5+ years of PeopleSoft Applications access control/security administration experience ? 3+ years experience with PeopleTools 8.48+; ? Full lifecycle PeopleSoft security implementations, from design and build to implementation and post-production support.Expected OutputsThe resource shall produce the following:?
