Police log: Lomita, Palos Verdes Peninsula crime reports

Identity theft: Reported July 5, unknown location. On May 13 and May 19, someone made wire transfers on the victim’s account.

Theft: July 5, 1100 block of Palos Verdes Drive West. Jewelry was reported stolen from a residence sometime prior to July 1.

Theft: About 4:30 p.m. July 4, 3300 block of Via Campesina. A gym bag was reported stolen from a locker room.

Theft: About 4 p.m. July 7, 600 block of Cloyden Road. A cellphone was reported stolen while the victim was swimming in the Palos Verdes High School pool.

New reports were not available this week for Lomita, Rancho Palos Verdes, Rolling Hills, Rolling Hills Estates and the unincorporated Palos Verdes Peninsula.
