Recruiting Coordinator
Details: • Assist applicants in completing any On-boarding documentation • Work with all applicable vendors through the completion (bi-directional) of delivered information and data reconciliations • Work with all applicable vendors • Support Data Insight Tool (DIT)Reporting, including assisting in reporting and information delivery. • Support I-9 Reporting • Support New Hire Form Completion (including periodic audit checks) • Audit New Hire Offer Letters and Start Dates (including periodic audit checks) • Responsible for Case Management Resolution• Ensure New Hire Packets are Complete and Ready for New Colleague (All sites / jobs) • Coordinate payout for Sign-on Bonus, COBRA, Referral and Auto Returns Experience• Excellent knowledge of Excel, Access, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, PeopleSoft, Kronos ATS, Virtual Edge, ARIBA, and Kronos WorkBrain. • 3+ year working in HR/Recruiting function or staffing agency either as a Recruiter, Recruiting Coordinator and/or Office Assistant. • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required. • BA/BS in Business, Human Resources, Communications or related fields is preferred. Adept at understanding the recruiting process and related data for reporting/auditing process compliance. Demonstrate skills in time management and continually reprioritizing work activity. • Able to maintain absolute confidentiality in all business matters. • Proficiency in Outlook and Word are required with preferred experience in Access. • Proficiency in Excel with preferred experience in pivot tables and building macros. • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred. • Successful characteristics and practices include: self-motivated and goal oriented; highly responsive; detailed and organized; able to take initiative and adapt to change; and, work successfully both independently and as a team.EducationVerifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.
