Perform administration duties for a Special Access Program (SAP), Special Compartmented Information (SCI), and conventional security programs Personnel Security (PERSEC) for military customer.
Track and notify personnel of Periodic Re-Investigations (PR).
Assist in completion of PR submission, perform quality control and coordinate with OPM and CAF as directed.
Maintain transmittal log in Microsoft Access or other database software.
Maintain transmittal receipts in customer files.
Coordinate polygraph exams as directed.
Maintain JPAS records to DoD customer standards.
Prepare compliance reports for all areas of PERSEC administration.
Process HSPD-12 requests as directed.
Conduct SAP eligibility reviews, and prepare Letters of Compelling Need, process requests for access.
Provide and track foreign travel briefings.
Prepare badges and process visitor requests.
Prepare and report derogatory information as directed by the customer.
Maintain files in accordance with DoD Standards.
Coordinate and issue documentation related to security controls and accesses to supported organization and individuals and maintain strict accountability of documents
Update databases, intelligence files and other required documents to successfully complete organizational objectives
Must have in-depth knowledge and experience in government security as it relates to the Defense Industrial Security Program, Joint Air Force, Army, Navy (JFAN), and National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM)
Must have at least three (3) years of experience in personnel security, document, and visitor control
Must have a Final Top Secret clearance, eligible for Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) access
Certification from the American Society of Industrial Security as a Security Professional
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to learn and proficiently utilize proprietary databases is highly desirable
