Sotera Defense Solutions will support FBI’s CJIS

IT security technology provider Sotera Defense Solutions was awarded a $31 million task order to support the FBI’s Criminal Justice Information System’s (CJIS) ongoing efforts to enhance the organization’s IT architecture.
Under the new task order, Sotera said its team will work with the CJIS IT Architecture Group (CJIS ITAG) to assess emerging technologies to determine how the organization can take advantage of future IT technology shifts to increase the availability and performance of services and facilitate information-sharing between CJIS and external agencies.
