Training & Implementation Specialist
Details: Job Title: Training and Implementation Specialist Purpose:Provides the training and implementation of the VIERO® suite of products for radio station clients nationwide. Provides direction and support to sites (radio stations) that need assistance learning and using the software. This position ensures that all benchmarks are being met and reported accurately to both clients and to management. This positioin will deliver Instructor Led, Webex and on-site training. Profile:A positive attitude, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism, is necessary to meet the expectations of our corporate culture. Candidate must be a self-starter with excellent communication and presentations skills. In addition, candidate must be organized, thorough, personable, multi-focused, self-motivated and possess a first hand knowledge of sales. Candidate must be able to handle concurrent responsibilities and projects with limited supervision. Experience with adult training and teaching in a structured group environment or non-structured one on one environment is required. Candidate must be willing to travel approximately 50% of the time with some projects requiring more travel.
