10/23: Calcasieu Parish Sheriff announces arrest list

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

Sarah Lynn Phillips, 27, 5200 Nelson Road — domestic abuse battery.

Ricky Dudley Smith, 52, 1119 U.S. 90 East, Vinton — failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator. Bond: $40,000.

Regis Keith Jack, 25, 3619 Texas St. — simple robbery. Bond: $5,000.

Craig Joseph Rodrigue, 43, 401 S. Stockwell Ave., Iowa, La. — two counts domestic abuse battery-child endangerment.

Justin Wade Laughlin, 30, 428 N. Claiborne, Sulphur — violations of protective orders. Bond: $25,000.

Derrick Jermaine Cotlong, 46, 1917 N. Lincoln St. — simple battery; violations of protective orders; public intimidation and retaliation. Bond: $205,500.

Shukia Wynese Fontenot, 41, 1828 3rd St. — simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000; home invasion. Bond: $5,500.

Kenneth Charles Brown, 31, 404 Stiffell St., Westlake — domestic abuse battery by burning.

Kevin Jamal Dugas, 38, 3215 Bernice Drive No. 110, Sulphur — domestic abuse battery-child endangerment; cruelty to juveniles; drug possession; certain activities regarding contraband in penal institutions prohibited.

John Martin Hickey, 56, Blaine, Wash. — domestic abuse battery-serious bodily injury.

Curtis James Cart, 39, 534 Kim St., Sulphur — domestic abuse battery; simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000; theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; simple burglary; resisting an officer; simple arson; aggravated battery.

Lance James Lindsey, 25, 1709 13th St. — terrorizing; illegal possession of stolen firearms, first offense; possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies; illegal carrying of weapons, first offense; resisting an officer; probation detainer.

Dakota James Swope, 35, 205 E. Carlyss Drive, Sulphur — domestic abuse battery, strangulation.

Rasheem Jamal Spikes, 20, 1810 Maplewood Drive, Sulphur — battery of a dating partner, first offense. Bond: $5,000.

Amber Elizabeth Black, 39, 4404 Canal St. — identity theft $1,000 or more. Bond: $50,000.

Jordan Scott Tupper, 23, 810 N. Claiborne St. No. 4, Sulphur — second-degree cruelty to juveniles. Bond: $950,000.

Michael Donavan Glaser, 55, Baton Rouge — residential contractor fraud $1,000 or more but less than $5,000; two counts misapplication of payments prohibited over 1,000; two counts direct contempt of court; failure to perform any work for 45 days or longer after receiving payment. Bond: $101,000.

Jack Andrew Monte, 33, Robertsdale, Ala. — theft from $5,000 but less than $25,000; contractor-misapplication of payments prohibited over 1,000; four counts direct contempt of court. Bond: $45,000.
