Police in Nevada on Thursday said 14 suspects were arrested in a two-day undercover child sex predator sting.

The Internet Crimes Against Children joint operation took place June 1 and 2, according to Las Vegas Metropolitan Police.

Police said undercover agents posed as 13- and 14-year-old children. The adult suspects solicited them for sex, and a meeting was set up where they were taken into custody.

Authorities identified the 14 people who were arrested:

  • John George, 29
  • David Peterson Moore, 28
  • Jon Colquitt, 34
  • Manuel Vasquez, 23
  • Tyler Reed, 37
  • Juan Jurado, 29
  • Joshua Jivan, 42
  • Tomas Franco Valdovinos, 37
  • Ethan Fillmore, 20
  • Jonathan Graybill, 61
  • Ricardo Perez, 41
  • Abdul Ahmad, 45
  • David Freidhof, 26
  • Curtis Schell, 19

They all face charges of luring a minor with a computer to engage in sex, police said.

Police urged anyone who has information about the suspects — or about a crime — is asked to contact the department’s task force at 702-828-3111. To remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at 702-385-5555.

Police said parents should talk with their children about the dangers of online chats with strangers. Parents are also encouraged to monitor their children’s online activity to prevent them from becoming victims.

Other agencies participating in the joint operation include the FBI, Henderson Police, Homeland Security Investigations, North Las Vegas Police, U.S. Air Force Office of Special Investigation and the Nevada Attorney General’s office.
