EY’s Technology Solutions Delivery Regulatory Compliance group assists global financial services firms with technology improvement in a broad range of compliance areas. The role of Manager focuses on providing strategic enhancement of IT systems or operational processes supporting the regulatory compliance function within financial services firms. This is a client facing team role focused on delivery of regulatory remediation, process and technology improvement, and delivering insights to our clients through enabling technologies. 

Key Responsibilities:
Interface directly with clients and perform project management 

Guide engagement teams, work product creation and overall quality related to: Gathering financial crime and financial services compliance business requirements; Translating business requirements into IT system functional requirements; Developing system change and configuration options; Implementing changes to third party and custom development systems; Testing system changes 

Assess compliance programs and technology 

Performing data analysis on subsets of client data and assessing data availability, adequacy and quality 

Summarizing results for senior client stakeholders 

Leading practice development initiatives, proposal efforts, identifying opportunities, and new business development 

To qualify, candidates must have:
A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 4 years of related work experience; a degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance or a related field; a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience at a financial services company or comparable experience working as an advisor to a financial services company; a degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance or a related field; MBA or MS degree preferred 

Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies 

Valid driver’s license in the US and a valid passport required; willingness and ability to travel both nationally and internationally to meet client needs

Demonstrated ability to manage, supervise and build an effective team of technology consultants through all phases of project technology life cycle, including requirements definition, architecture design, configuration / implementation, conversion and testing 

Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies 

Experience in at least one of the following areas of the following areas: definition and design of business, functional and technical requirements; design of business or technology architecture, data architecture, data mapping and conversion; data analysis and forensics, quality assurance and testing (QA) 

Experience in at least one of the following areas: Anti-Money Laundering (AML) ; know-your-customer (KYC) and customer due diligence (CDD); sanctions and payment screening; trading compliance within Brokerage, Banking and Asset Management; asset management compliance, surveillance and forensics, fraud – Employee, Card, Deposit, Payment, Mobile; enterprise governance, risk and compliance (GRC)., compliance analytics, metrics, dashboards and reporting (Data Analytics) 

Experience in the one or more of the following application / packages: Oracle Mantas, Nice Actimize, Detica (Norkom; GoldTier, Pega, Experian; Fircosoft, Safe Banking Systems, LexisNexis Bridger; Fircosoft, Safe Banking Systems, LexisNexis Bridger; SQL, Spotfire, Tableau, Qlikview, Cognos, SAS
