Back to school safety and security: Amherst County Public Schools | #schoolsaftey

AMHERST COUNTY, Va. – Amherst County Public Schools serves about 4,000 students in six elementary schools, two middle schools, and one high school.

This school year, the district is looking to re-key a few buildings and add additional card access points.

We’re told that each summer the COO and administration determine what safety and security requests are needed.
