The seven-part series, hosted by journalists and mums Sheena McStravick and Sarah Scott is a weekly podcast that will discuss topics that most parents can relate to from sleep and nutrition to screen time, first aid and much more.
Chatting to experts, and asking all the important questions, the girls talk about their real-life experiences and how they have handled the rollercoaster of parenthood in a way that is honest and relatable with a few laughs along the way.
Sheena, Be’s Editor and mum to three-year-old Dáire said: “I’m so excited for the return of our parenting podcast. As parents, we are all too familiar with those nights lying awake worrying about everything from sleeping patterns to their eating habits, screen time and everything in between.
“Which is why it’s great to speak to local experts with the knowledge to help put some of our fears and concerns to bed. We have a great mix of guests for this series and think there’s something to suit all parents from newborns right through to teens.”
Be is your home for all things lifestyle – from health and beauty, to work life and parenting, careers and cooking to fashion and features, and everything in between.

Sarah, Belfast Live Deputy Editor and mum to 19-month-old Theo said: “I’m really excited to join Sheena for this brilliant podcast. We’ve had plenty of chats about the ups and downs of becoming a parent, so it was super to get some great tips and advice from the experts when it comes to all things sleep, play, fussy eaters and more.
“I know I’ve learnt a lot through these discussions so I know every parent, no matter what stage you are at, will take something away from these episodes.
“Parenting is a roller coaster and hopefully these chats will help answer some of those important questions we all ask ourselves.”
