Seems like all I ever hear about anymore is “Ben and Jen,” “Ben and Jen,” “Ben and Jen,” and honestly? I wouldn’t have it any other way. The good news is that it seems like neither would they.
According to photos published in Page Six, on Monday night Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez went to Wolfgang Puck’s new restaurant in the Pendry hotel right smack in the middle of West Hollywood—right into the thick of it. It’s a place for grabbing some oysters and being seen.
And it worked: As the pair made their way in, paparazzi captured a wee hug, a snug, a “cozy” situation, a “nuzzle” in the parlance of the tabloid. Jen and Ben in L.A.! Wolfgang Puck! Celebs getting “cozy” and “nuzzled” in public! When did we get stuck in this beautiful time warp?!
The two were first rumored to have reunited after paparazzi snapped Ben allegedly getting out of J.Lo’s car in L.A. Then they were indisputably photographed together in Montana. And then they were spotted again in Miami, with Jen meditating and Ben smoking une petite cigarette.
Anonymous sources have been forthcoming about the couple. One told People that they plan to be bicoastal. “They will continue to travel back and forth between Los Angeles and Miami. They are very happy together,” this person said, adding that it’s “not a casual relationship.”
Last week one even said, “They don’t want to hide anymore. They are both excited about their relationship. They want to make sure they do everything they can to make this work.” It’s all music to my mid-aughts ears.
