A registered sex offender accused of touching a 15-year-old at a grocery store was back in court on Monday.Malik Rahab, 27, is accused of groping a 15-year-old at the Kroger in Delhi Township earlier this month.Police said the juvenile’s mother searched the store for the suspect after it happened but could not locate the man.Once police arrived on the scene, a report was taken, and security footage from the store was requested.On Sept. 15, Delhi Township police said Rahab was arrested and charged with two counts of sexual imposition.While Delhi Township police were investigating, they learned Cincinnati police were also trying to identify him for similar crimes that happened twice this month at the Hobby Lobby on Glencrossing Way.On Monday, Rahab was given a $10,000 bond.
