Matthew Lee Harrison, 33, suffered multiple injuries when his Nissan Navara collided with the stone wall shortly after 7am on October 31.
He had been due to appear at Bradford Crown Court later the same day charged with two counts of rape of a child, sexual assault of a child and and assault of a child by penetration.
