Business Unit
The Corporate IT group is responsible for developing and deploying the IT strategy for KLA-Tencor as well as managing, maintaining and delivering Information systems and services globally.

Responsibilities
You will manage the IT Client Services department in Milpitas which is strategic to our customer success and employee productivity.

You will own responsibility for the full lifecycle of desktops and laptops and installation of all software for all employees.

For our Milpitas campus; installation services for Local Area Networking equipment and Unified Collaboration are also part of your area of control together with owning the Collaboration Room & AV services.

You will complete improvement initiatives to raise customer experience and employee productivity by leveraging available solutions in the market.

You will maintain relations with our vendors to stay in touch with their products and solutions and follow up on their SLA’s.

You will drive support, user adoption and project execution in concert with corporate IT team, initiatives and processes.

You will continuously develop your team members and improve the team performance.

You will report within the IT infrastructure group towards the Corporate Client Services group manager.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in managing or supervising the activities of a team especially within an international matrixed IT organization with outsourced service providers

Broad technological knowledge on PC, Operating Systems, Unified Communication solutions, LAN switches, and Video Conference solutions, Mobile and Productivity apps.

Oversee incident&request response planning as well as the investigation of incidents, and assist with arriving at root cause issues in a data driven fashion.

Superb research, analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills and understanding of metrics.

Service Ownership and Project Management skills.

Experience with ITIL and Service Now reporting and ticket analysis.

Strong communication and presentation skills

Passionate individual with strong desire to succeed and career growth

A team player and self-starter with a strong proactive work ethics

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor Level Degree with at least 5 years of experience in similar position within a similar international company.
