CLEMSON — One more standing ovation and thunderous round of applause for C.J. Spiller.

Clemson’s all-time great running back, now coaching that position for the Tigers, was honored Saturday at halftime of their game against South Carolina State for recently being voted into the College Football Hall of Fame.

Spiller and head coach Dabo Swinney left the halftime locker room early to participate in the recognition. Spiller’s family met him on the field.
