Community members in Milton were treated to a barbecue on Thursday while getting a lesson in school bus safety.The Milton Police Dept. and the Chittenden County Sheriff’s Dept. came together to host the annual event, which helps raise awareness about school bus safety. Officials want to remind drivers that when the “red lights are flashing (on a school bus), no passing.””We just want to make sure that every child’s safe. That’s our thing.
