Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists and supports ASPIRA in complying with, as well as the ongoing preparation, testing and monitoring of conformance to, the requirements of government regulations and/or regulatory agencies.

Proactively engage with auditors, internal functional teams, and customers as required to ensure successful completion of compliance initiatives

Coordinates the preparation of and may prepare document packages for regulatory submissions from all areas of company as well as for internal and external audits and inspections.

Act as point of contact for auditors during the audit process

Performs evaluation of internal operations, controls, communications, risk assessments and maintenance of documentation as related to regulatory compliance and recommends appropriate changes.

Track audit efforts closely against the agreed scope to ensure timely completion of audit

Accurately communicate status to management on a weekly basis

Proactively identify & mitigate all risks to achieve target completion dates

When necessary, proactively escalate to senior management with mitigation options to facilitate decisions necessary to retain the schedule

Interact with resources, vendors, clients, prospects, and management staff as required to ensure successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and on budget

Work with external partners to coordinate resources and solve issues

Assist team members in their duties, tasks, responsibilities and functions as needed to achieve targets

Drive the quality and timeliness of deliverables from dependent team resources

Possess outstanding oral and written communication skills

Education and Experience:
BA/BS

1 yrs. experience completing PCI and/or SSAE 16 audits

1 yrs. experience in a Technical Project Management role

2 yrs. experience in technology related fields

PCI Professional (PCIP) is an asset

Metrics driven approach to measuring success of projects with strong analytical background

Experience with Client Management or Business Analysis an asset
