The Computer Forensic Specialist, Digital Evidence & Cyber Investigations, supports the protection of organizational assets and human resources across all TD enterprise-wide locations (including remote offices) and by providing advice, planning, and support for GSI Investigations leadership.
•Conduct computer forensic investigations (requires a background or education in Incident Response or digital forensics (E-mails)).
•Knowledge of Encase, and email extraction tools are essential (knowledge of other computer forensic tools is an asset).
•Experience in performing data mining, or data analysis.
•Experience in the care, handling, and protection of data including “Chain of Custody”.
•Report on results of the investigations to the requestor (including written reports).
•Extensive knowledge with various versions of Windows, Linux platforms and Microsoft Office.
•Ability to work through urgent investigations with time sensitive deadlines.
•Self-starter, strategic thinker, negotiator and consensus builder, proven ability to satisfactorily manage competing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below.
• 3-5 Years of related experience.
•Professional demeanor/image and ability to interact with all levels of bank employees.
•Reliable, flexible and possesses good judgment, confidentiality and initiative.
•Excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management, verbal and written communication skills.
•Detail oriented and ability to multi-task.
•Computer proficiency including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
