Cyber Security Analyst

Summary:
Torch Technologies, a 100% employee-owned company is currently seeking to hire a Cyber Security Analyst.

Duties will include:
Assess Cyber Security (CS) posture and identify mitigations for risks.
Ensure acceptable level of risk for systems to meet the following Cyber Security and Risk Management Framework (RMF) policies and guidelines: DoDD 8500.1, DoDI 8500.2, DoDI 8510.01, DoD 8570.01-M, AR 25-2, NIST SP800-53, and Army Best Business Practices (BBPs).
Conduct scans to determine current security posture of the system.
Develop RMF packages to achieve an ATO.
Develop the determination of the system categorization is accordance with CNSSI 1253 in areas of Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability.
Develop Security Plans and required artifacts/documentation under RMF.
Conduct analysis to ensure the proper Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) are applied.
Assist in the development of Risk Assessment Memorandum’s (RAMs)
Participate in working groups and integrated product teams (e.g. Milestone Reviews, Configuration Management etc.) as necessary.
Prepare and conduct CS presentations and make cyber risk recommendations as needed.
Skills/Experience required:
Cyber Security/Information Assurance Experience – preferred experience in the Aviation Field
Experience with Assured Compliance Assessment Solution
Experience in Vulnerability Scanning

Education /Experience required:
B.S. in related field and will have 4 + years of experience.

Certifications Preffered
CompTIA Security+
ISC2 – CISSP

Position may require that candidate possess a final security clearance in order to access classified information. Inability to maintain a security clearance will result in candidate being ineligible for this position.
