Cyberspace Operations Technical Analyst


Provide technical analysis in the development of present and developing technologies. Analyze emerging operational and functional requirements to support the formulation, development and assessment of doctrine, strategy, plans, concepts of operations, and tactics, techniques and procedures in order to provide the full spectrum of Cyber Warfare and enabling capabilities to the warfighter. Conduct technical analyses and provide an assessment report on the integration of cyber requirements, capabilities and training. Perform assessments of cyber warfighting capability and the utility of new and emerging technologies. Institute and document a formal planning process to analyze assigned missions for CO capabilities and recommend solutions. Develop and evaluate offensive cyber solutions and Provide assistance with the development of matters and coordinate with subordinate units on the identification, documentation and processing of forms required to express official operational requirements.
Security Clearance:   TopSecret SCI – Willing to take Polygraph and comply with SAP Requirements

Education / Certifications:   BSin Computer Science or a related field with five (5) years of experience or MSin Computer Science or related scientific/technical field with three (3) yearsof experience; or equivalent combination Network Operations and Correlation /Trend or Malware Analysis.

Relevant Experience:            Fiveplus (5+) years of experience working in CNO; minimum two (2) years ofoperational CNO planning and integration.

Key Requirements:   Cybersystem analysis and technical experience, and project management. And Knowledgeof DoDAF System architecture design. CNO campaign strategy, plans, and ordersknowledge.

Position SpecificResponsibilities:

  • Provide SME in trend analysis, network / system architecture, and network protocol analysis to assist squadron personnel and mission support for CyberspaceAnalytical Support.
  • Provide SME experience in performing system analysis and project management of the overarching group systems.
  • Provide support for information sharing and group coordination between leadership and operations personnel, to include subordinate organizations.
  • Perform SME level support in the development of existing and emerging technologies being investigated, acquired, fielded or sustained.
  • Provide support in developing, enhancing and guiding exercises and training events, as well as, use extensive technical knowledge to identify and correct or enhance operations and operation’s personnel effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with government personnel to develop, enhance and support the requirements cycle to ensure proper collection and documentation of the operational need is provided to leadership and development community.
