ORLANDO, FL, September 13, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ — Marquis Who’s Who, the world’s premier publisher of biographical profiles, is proud to present Cyrus Sibert with the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award. An accomplished listee, Mr. Sibert celebrates many years’ experience in his professional network, and has been noted for achievements, leadership qualities, and the credentials and successes he has accrued in his field. As in all Marquis Who’s Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Renowned for his expertise and dedication as an investigative journalist, Mr. Sibert has distinguished himself as a talented reporter and editorialist since 2006. Throughout his extensive career, he has been instrumental in pursuing matters related to the political situation in Haiti and the Caribbean, child abuse and pedophilia, fundamental human rights, harassment against women, and more.

Over the past 25 years, Mr. Sibert has been actively involved in investigating and helping to prosecute corrupt police officers, his works contributed to the release of wrongfully detained prisoners. He has also enmeshed himself in numerous other high-stake arrests and prosecutions, including that of an orphan predator in Haiti, and helped capture an infamous gang of kidnappers and organized crime leaders in the northern part of the country. Additionally, Mr. Sibert availed himself in convincing the Haitian government to adopt a law against human trafficking in 2014.

Mr. Sibert’s success as an investigative reporter has resulted in numerous appearances in local and national newspapers and documentaries on CNN and Radio Canada TV. He was also included in the book, “A Cruz Haitiana,” published by the Brazilian journalist Iara Lemos.

However, despite the many obstacles he endured, beginning while coming of age and struggling to make a life and later choosing to advocate for others as a journalist, he remains confident in his decision to serve as a voice for others. Looking toward the future, Mr. Sibert aims to continue excelling in his field and enhancing his knowledge and expertise.
