Dance Now! Studios earns certification by the Youth Protection Association for Dance, a global organization dedicated to ensuring the safety of children in the dance community.
YPAD-certified studios, including Dance Now!, commit to the highest standards of child safety and well-being. This certification ensures that all core staff and faculty are thoroughly background-checked, CPR and first aid certified, and trained in areas such as prevention of abuse, emotional health, and the psychology of injury. All staff members undergo about 40 hours of training to attain their YPAD certification.
The staff also undergoes training in nutrition and eating disorders, ensuring a holistic approach to the well-being of our young dancers.
