Digital Analytics Manager

Details: Job Description Delivery of data analysis from a variety of sources (Omniture Site Catalyst, Google Analytics and internal databases) with a strong emphasis on providing actionable insights, based on a clear understanding of business objectives Collaborate with external partners such as Agencies to assist with data collection and reporting Drive core insights from the data to suggest, create and execute multivariate  tests that drive fundamental improvements to the site experience Exhibit a high level of expertise in driving the data strategy and “connecting the dots” across multiple online and offline systems (websites, landing pages, CRM systems, etc.) Lead and manage other data analyses to support business needs. E.g.: Partner with business finance units to provide data to measure and monitor revenue by marketing channel Serve as the primary data liaison with IT for maintaining integrity of all incoming and outgoing data sources Leverage consumer insights or competitive intelligence reports to help explain online behavioral trends This role will focus on multiple business unit websites and support all facets of the decision making platform (clickstream analysis, outcomes analysis, search analysis, multivariate testing analysis) This role will also work with the website technology team closely to identify gaps in the data capture strategy and collaboratively implement enhancements This Manager will also be expected to partner outside the business units and outside the company to ensure that best practices in metrics and decision making are being exposed to the BU management and core website decision makers
