We currently are looking for a Digital Forensic Technician to support the ongoing demand for digital forensic services. We train our Digital Forensic Technicians in all areas prior to promotion, including cell phone forensics, computer forensics, complex criminal and civil case examinations, GPS forensics, and expert witness testimony. Technicians assist our examiners on existing files and also learn the craft, both from experienced staff and through guided self-study.

Conduct digital forensic examinations of digital media from a variety of sources
Build, test, and maintain forensic workstations and hardware.
Utilize industry accepted forensic tools such as EnCase, FTK, Blacklight, Celebrite UFED, and more.
Perform any necessary research
Analyze data and investigative information
Interacts with clients on a regular basis, including marketing of services when not directly working on a job.
Prepare clear and comprehensive notes for reports
Handles evidence, media collections, and chain of custody
Trains to sit for EnCE, ACE and AME exams.
Must be willing and able to handle cases involving both civil and criminal matters, on either side of the case.

Baccalaureate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Digital Forensics or a related field from an accredited University preferred
4 plus years experience in information technology with practical hands-on experience performing support services, building and configuring computers and servers, and troubleshooting of various operating system issues.
Organized with the ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to clearly articulate findings to clients both verbally and in written form
Ability to interact socially at mixed engagements with clients
Proficiency in a language other than English a plus
