- The Senate Judiciary Committee-bsp-bb-link> has subpoenaed X’s Linda Yaccarino-bsp-person>, Snap’s Evan Spiegel-bsp-person> and Discord-bsp-bb-link>’s Jason Citron-bsp-person> to testify at a Dec. 6 hearing on online child sexual exploitation, according to a statement from the panel.
- Committee also says it expects Meta-rte-company> CEO Mark Zuckerberg and TikTok-bsp-bb-link> CEO Shou Zi Chew-bsp-person> will agree to testify voluntarily at the upcoming hearing
- A TikTok spokesperson says conversations with the Senate committee are ongoing
