Donald Trump to talk national security in Phila.

For the second time in less than a week, Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump will be in Philadelphia, making a Wednesday morning speech in Center City.

Last Friday, Trump had a closed-door discussion with a select group of African-American voters and political leaders.

This time he’ll be at the Union League to give an 11 a.m. policy address on national security and veterans issues.

The appearance will not be open to the public.

But it will be open to the media, garnering Trump coverage in the market that includes the Philadelphia suburbs, a key battleground where Trump hopes to appeal to Republicans, independents, and moderate Democrats.

Republican county chairs from the region were alerted to the event and encouraged to extend invitations to party activists.
