What causes Error Code 0x0000FFFF?
There are many things that can cause the error code in question. Sometimes, it can be because of faulty hardware, such as Hard Drive or RAM. It can also be due to outdated drivers. This is a very common issue, usually, when you update your Windows, your drivers get updated. But when you don’t update Windows, or if Windows Update doesn’t include the latest installation package for the driver, you will see the error code.

4] Check your RAM

7] Analyze your Mini-dump file(s)
If you are getting BSOD then check your Mini-dump file(s). This is the file that contains information about the BSOD and crashing issue.
Open File Explorer and go to the following location.
Then store all the contents of that folder in a ZIP file and send it to a Microsoft Forum and ask them to resolve the issue. In one of the cases, the issue was due to BitDefender security. So, your reason can be the same or different.
