Forcepoint Global Governments and Critical Infrastructure has appointed five cybersecurity industry veterans to its leadership team nearly a month after it was acquired by global alternative asset management firm TPG (Nasdaq: TPG).

Joseph Bell, former senior director of information security at Verisign, has joined Forcepoint G2CI as chief information security officer responsible for overseeing the company’s overall data security functions and Karen Clark, former chief human resources officer at Forcepoint, has taken on the same role at the new TPG business, Forcepoint G2CI said Tuesday.

Jason Facer, who served as controller and vice president at Cox Enterprises for 20 years, was named interim chief financial officer and Greg Higham, a 30-year technology veteran, was appointed acting chief information officer.

They join James Wallace, formerly executive director and general counsel at an RTX (NYSE: RTX) unit, who now works as chief legal officer and general counsel at Forcepoint G2CI.

“With Joseph, Karen, James, Jason, and Greg on board, we are not only deepening the strength of our leadership team, but also further establishing Forcepoint G2CI as a force in the global cybersecurity market,” said Sean Berg, CEO of Forcepoint G2CI.
