Georgia student stabbed in school fight, airlifted to Jacksonville | #students | #parents | #parenting | #parenting | #kids


BRUNSWICK, Ga. (FCN)— A fight between students lead to a stabbing at a Georgia high school on Monday.

According to Glynn County School District, there is an active investigation at Brunswick High School where a student was stabbed in the courtyard during a fight with another student, as reported by FCN.

The victim was airlifted to a Jacksonville, Florida hospital. The district said the victim was responsive as of Monday afternoon.

The student accused of stabbing the victim was taken into custody when law enforcement arrived. They are now facing charges as well as repercussions at school, according to a news release.

No other students or staff were harmed during the stabbing.
