GALT, Calif. — The Galt Police Department is asking people to not respond to messages sent from its Instagram account asking for money.
According to the department, its Instagram page was hacked and the hackers have been sending messages requesting money from people.
In a Facebook post Friday night, Galt Police say they are working to resolve the issue.
