We are looking for the following:
*Work with other customer service personnel to prioritize and resolve support tickets.
*Assist in the launching of new websites.
* Work with PM and development team on small scale development projects.
* Work with Sr. Developers to enhance skill set and knowledge base.
Skills we are looking for:
*General technical knowledge (a computer science background is preferred)
*Customer service skills (prior experience in customer service is preferred)
*Knowledge of web-development languages SQL, PHP, HTML primarily.
*Familiar with Linux and Windows operating systems.
*Familiar with JIRA
Nice to have:
Hours will be the early shift.
