Harmon has been assigned a high-risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee, Office of the Attorney General.

He was convicted of gross sexual imposition in 1996 in Williams County District Court. Authorities said he lured a 16-year-old girl to his home under the false pretense that he wanted her to babysit for him. He blindfolded her and sexually assaulted her while holding a knife to her face. The assault lasted approximately 5 hours.

Harmon is not wanted by law enforcement and has served his sentence.

Printed handouts of Harmon’s demographic information are available at the Jamestown Police Department.
