FARGO — The Fargo Police Department has notified the public that a high-risk sex offender, Gale Lee Bruce, registered as homeless in Fargo.
Bruce, 68, is 6-foot-1, 200 pounds, and has brown eyes and gray hair.
In 2003, he was convicted of sexual assault in Cass County District Court after he recorded himself having sex with an unconscious woman.
The North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee determined Bruce has a high risk of reoffending. He is a lifetime registrant.
