FARGO — A registered sex offender has moved into a Fargo neighborhood near 51st Street South in Fargo, according to a release from the Fargo Police Department.
David Lavern Lilley, a 38-year-old man, has registered his address at 4260 51st St. S. He has brown hair, brown eyes and stands roughly 5-feet-8-inches and weighs 205 pounds.
Lilley is considered a high-risk offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee.
He was convicted of gross sexual imposition in U.S. District Court in 2003. His victim was a 13-year-old girl. He is a lifetime registrant.
