Hospers man arrested following sex offender registry compliance check – August 28 – Sioux County Sheriff | #childpredator | #kidsaftey | #childsaftey

On Monday, August 28, at 3:30 p.m., the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office arrested Dustin Bierbaum, age 44, of Hospers, IA.

The arrest stemmed from a deputy conducting a verification of Bierbaum’s status on the Iowa Sex Offender Registry. Upon further investigation, the deputy determined that Bierbaum failed to report his use of social media, as required when on the registry.

Bierbaum was charged with violation of conditions of sex offender registry.
