KBRwyle has a requirement for an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to support Cybersecurity requirements for the Long Range Stand Off (LRSO) program’s Technology Maturation and Risk Reduction (TMRR) phase, managed by the Air Vehicle Planning System (APS) Integrated Product Team, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/HBC). Responsibilities include producing components of the accreditation and sustainment package integral to the Mod APS Special Access Program (SAP) environment, in accordance with Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG). Assist the JFCC Global Strike (GS) Information System Owner (ISO) with their SAP Integrated Strategic Planning and Analysis Network (ISPAN). Review IT engineering proposals to ensure compliance of cybersecurity requirements for an IATT and ATO. Establish cybersecurity processes and system testing. Gather, protect, and review system audit logs. Participate and provide support for program management technical reviews. Applicants must be proficient with Microsoft tools to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access, possess excellent communications, both written and verbal, and the ability to support and lead teams. A Top Secret clearance with SCI and SAP/SAR eligibility is required for this position. In addition, experience developing and coordinating Information Assurance accreditation packages through the AFOSI/PJ SAP approval process is highly desired.
BS degree in Computer Science related field and 8 years of experience required. A TS clearance is required.
