SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
Maintains and repairs servers and in-house computers as well as administers the VoiceIP phone system by performing the following duties.

•  Maintains computer and lap top equipment, inventory reports, and general maintenance.
•  Performs the general server maintenance of all systems and hardware.
•  Installs new and upgraded telecommunications software and/or systems needed as requested for effective productivity.
•  Maintains reports, records, warranties, and licenses for all equipment and software applications.
•  Answers inbound client telephone communications as well as documents requests and reports problems.
•  Conducts trainings.
•  Orders parts.
•  Attends meetings.

COMPETENCIES
Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.  Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.  Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.

Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
•  High school diploma or general education degree (GED
•  Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
