Participates in sensitive/confidential investigations and presents findings to internal corporate customers,

Evaluates and recommends digital forensic and ESI collection tools and configurations.
Assists with digital forensic and ESI collection tool implementations.
Provides application training and assistance to users of varied abilities and experience.
Frequently interacts with internal customers at all organizational levels.
Influences the outcome of legal cases and investigations.
Understands and strictly maintains the confidentiality of all matters involved.
Must be of good moral character and be able to withstand Brady and Giglio inquiries.

GED/High School Graduate
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
15+ years of IT experience with a GED/High School Graduate
11+ years of IT experience with Associate Degree
7+ years of IT experience with a Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years of IT experience with a Master’s Degree
Five years of prior investigative experience.
Experienced in a wide variety of casework.
Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast paced demanding environment.
Mastery of multi-tasking between cases and procedural writing
Strong knowledge of best practices in investigations, evidence collection, and chain of custody.
Mastery of forensic examination procedures.
Experience with standard digital forensics tools (Nuix, FTK, Encase, IEF, Cellebrite, etc).
Previous experience maintaining a Nuix environment.
Knowledgeable in the use of command line tools
Expertise with Microsoft, Macintosh, and Unix Operating Systems.
Strong understanding of network and cloud computing environments.
Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
Broad knowledge of current trends affecting digital forensics, eDiscovery, and investigations.
Understanding of data recovery techniques.
Strong technical and analytical skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Basic understanding of data privacy.
Availability for limited travel and irregular work hours.
CISSP, GCFA, GASF, EnCE, or other computer forensics and IT security certification.
Nuix Windows Investigator certification desirable.
Cloud forensics experience
Mobile forensics experience
Able to travel less than 20%, may be some international travel
Ability to gain a valid passport
