Client, a bank, is in need of an IT manager.
1. Green Card or US Citizen
2. Since client is a bank–credit/Fico Score of 600 or if below, it must be explainable with full disclosure
3. MUST be fast pace/can do attitude
4. MUST at least be able to pull SQL queries for Crystal Reports, does not have to be a DBA
5. Basically looking for a Networking guy with Crystal report experience even if it’s from years ago
â€¢ Create, manage and maintain Database infrastructure.
o Develops plans for implementation of new reporting requirements,
provides well-defined plans including procedures, projects, deadlines,
Perform database administration for our SQL Server environment.
Support, manage and maintain the reporting tool/platforms.
â€¢ Consults with software and hardware vendors and other workers to solve problems impeding computer processing.
â€¢ Meets with users to determine quality of service and identify needs.
â€¢ Maintains awareness of changing trends and regulations which might effect the department and act as requested.
â€¢ Evaluates new software and hardware to determine
compatibility with existing software and hardware.
â€¢ Manage and maintain all server equipment.
â€¢ Assist in managing i365 eVault Recovery Appliance
â€¢ Responsible for hardware inventory (workstations, laptops, servers, etc.)
â€¢ Administer the RSA SecurID appliance used for VPN authentication.
â€¢ Manage and maintain the Citrix Secure Gateway appliance used for remote access and disaster recovery connectivity.
â€¢ Works with Operations to manage vendor compliance documentation.
â€¢ Manages the companies Barracuda Web Filtering appliances along with the daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
â€¢ Member of the organizations Risk Assessment team.
â€¢ Assists in preparing documentations and procedures required for our yearly NCUA audits.
â€¢ Manage antivirus/firewall and all Desktop, Laptop and Servers.
â€¢ Administer the Symantec Disk Encryption software used for securing data on hard drives in the organizations laptops.
â€¢ Act as â€œsecond levelâ€ support with help desk requests.
â€¢ Provide after hours support when required.
