IT Support Manager

Manages all Network functions and IT Support personnel to support 24×7 operations of Manufacturing applications, infrastructures, and desktop/laptop in compliance with DS standards.

Defines goals for all IT Operations, PC Support and Server Support Activities. 
Defines goals for and manages Network Support Engineer activities.
Ensures appropriate support contracts are in place for Hardware and Software components.
Ensures budget guidelines are enforced for all items under his charge.
Schedules 24×7 IT Support Personnel.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and/or related field.
Experience: Two plus years IT experience required. Five plus years leadership experience required.
